We aim to provide top-quality Co-Living spaces to professional people, our rooms are all large and most are ensuite. Our tennents are all professional and we seek to fill the houses with active members of the community. Our properties provide an important element of the housing mix and are a unique opportunity for professional people to find a high-quality but affordable housing solution. We hope the below answers will help you understand the type of properties we run are of a high standard and so is our approach to their management. 

Our tennents are all professional people, we do not take students. In 2 years of operation, we have ever had a single neigbour complaint relating to tenants. We have strict management practices in place to ensure efficient dealing with any disturbance caused to neighbours. It is explicit in our tenancy agreements so any disturbance can be considered a breach of contract. 

All our tenants are professional working people. Significant proportions are key workers and young teachers. We thoroughly reference every tenant using Advanced referencing services and never accept any tenant that does not meet our criteria. Our tennents are active members of the community and have never caused an issue in any neighbourhoods we operate in. 

We try our best to provide as much parking space as possible. About 3/4 of the tenants in our rooms drive and we have never had a complaint regarding anti-social parking in our properties.
