We offer two deposit options. The first option is a standard deposit equal to 5 weeks rent, this is lodged with DPS (deposit protection services) and is fully refundable at the end of your tenancy (subject to inventory report). 

The second option is to pay a lower amount equal to 1 weeks rent  to 'reposit'. This option is non-refundable. Find out more here: https://reposit.co.uk/tenants/

Our minimum term is 6 months.

Yes. We use a separate company to reference all prospective housemates. They will require previous landlord references if available together with standard affordability and suitability checks. 

We have a strict guest policy which will be detailed in your AST. 

Your notice period will be one month after the expiration of your initial 6 month term. 

We use Arthur Online for tenancy-related maintenance. You will be able to submit the issue through your portal. 

No, we can only accept a single tenancy per room.
